First I received a prompt reply to my initial call, the very courteous, and professional, personnel who gave great depth attention to me with questions concerning a very sensitive family matter.  The “in-take” conversation took much time to explain our situation, as well as answering their questions for our situation.  I thank them for such care and compassion to help us navigate an unfamiliar situation.

Upon discovering more conversations were needed, I was referred to partner John McKiggan, there I had a much more in-depth conversation / analysis of our complaint.  We went step by step thru the issue and received excellent outstanding, concern and empathy.  We discussed multiple avenues of "where to go from here" that will enable us, I believe, to make a sound and responsible decision.

John McKiggans ability to listen, decipher and describe the law, as it relates to our issue, put at a great advantage in making the best decision for our family.  I felt we received the very best help for which we are extremely fortunate and thankful.

I highly recommend McKiggan and Hebert.  I really do. I spoke with Liz, the receptionist, who was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to listen, and I felt heard right away. Liz also sent me 'Health Scare: The Consumer's Guide to Medical Malpractice Claims in Canada,' written by John McKiggan himself. I found that very impressive. It was informative, clear, and thorough, a thoughtful, generous touch. I then had a free consultation with John McKiggan at McKiggan Hebert Lawyers, and I can't say enough about how impressed I was. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and direct. He didn't sugarcoat anything; he simply gave me the facts clearly. He answered every question I had, often before I even asked, and I never once felt rushed. Mark was extremely helpful, honest, and straightforward in explaining what I should and should not do to protect my interests and ensure that any potential injuries are properly monitored over the long term. There was absolutely no sales pressure. In fact, based on the nature and extent of my injuries, he advised that hiring a lawyer might not be financially advantageous for me. Despite having nothing to gain, Mark still took the time to provide meaningful guidance on how to deal with my insurer and protect myself moving forward. Had the pleasure of working with the team with Brian being my lawyer took some time but he kept insuring it will be worth it in the end they helped with some funds from the insurance company when my accident first happen where I had no income for 2 years and no disability threw work they also helped with a letter for my mortgage team and got me approved for the mortgage towards the end can’t say enough good things about the team there would recommend the team if you need help with a injury from a MVA they will treat you good and keep you up to date with the whole process tell the end thanks to the team at McKiggan Hebert for everything
