I would like to share my experience with the legal team at the McKiggan Hebert Law Firm. First I received a prompt reply to my initial call, the very courteous, and professional, personnel who gave great depth attention to me with questions concerning a very sensitive family matter. The “in-take” conversation took much time to explain our situation, as well as answering their questions for our situation. I thank them for such care and compassion to help us navigate an unfamiliar situation. Upon discovering more conversations were needed, I was referred to partner John McKiggan, there I had a much more in-depth conversation / analysis of our complaint. We went step by step thru the issue and received excellent outstanding, concern and empathy. We discussed multiple avenues of "where to go from here" that will enable us, I believe, to make a sound and responsible decision. John McKiggans ability to listen, decipher and describe the law, as it relates to our issue, put at a great advantage in making the best decision for our family. I felt we received the very best help for which we are extremely fortunate and thankful. I highly recommend McKiggan and Hebert. I really do. I was given a free (30) minute consultation but due to the complexity of our case / need, John went way beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the information given and the ability to make a sound and rational decision. John, thank you.

After completing the intake form online I was contacted not long after to set up my initial consult and was treated with kindness and respect. Liz was so easy to talk with and John explained everything so well and the steps I needed to take if I wanted to move forward with a claim. Honest, knowledgeable and understanding.

"From my first call, I was incredibly impressed with this firm. I spoke with Liz, the receptionist, who was absolutely wonderful, kind, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to listen, and I felt heard right away. Liz also sent me 'Health Scare: The Consumer's Guide to Medical Malpractice Claims in Canada,' written by John McKiggan himself. I found that very impressive. It was informative, clear, and thorough, a thoughtful, generous touch. I then had a free consultation with John McKiggan at McKiggan Hebert Lawyers, and I can't say enough about how impressed I was. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and direct. He didn't sugarcoat anything; he simply gave me the facts clearly. He answered every question I had, often before I even asked, and I never once felt rushed. Even though the outcome wasn't what I hoped for, I left feeling informed, respected, and grateful for his honesty. What stood out most was that I genuinely felt he was looking out for my best interests. His honesty may well have saved me from spending thousands of dollars pursuing something without the outcome I was hoping for. That says a great deal about his integrity. I never got the impression that he was focused on fees or pushing me forward. Communication was prompt and efficient throughout. From Liz's compassion on that first call, to receiving John's own book, to John's knowledge, honesty, and genuine care during my consultation, my experience was exceptional. I highly recommend John McKiggan and his team to anyone who wants truthful guidance and real respect." Thank you again So much !

I selected McKiggan Hebert as the firm to represent me for a personal injury claim and I'm so pleased with my choice. John, Natasha, and Dilan handled my claim with a masterful mix of compassion and grit, ensuring that I was cared for but also that my claim would be met with the least amount of resistance and the best possible outcomes. In the end, I am very pleased with the outcome and the level of client service they provided along the way. Very appreciative of this team and how hard they fight for their clients.

I had a free consultation with Mark following a not-at-fault accident that caused significant damage to my new vehicle. Mark was extremely helpful, honest, and straightforward in explaining what I should and should not do to protect my interests and ensure that any potential injuries are properly monitored over the long term. There was absolutely no sales pressure. In fact, based on the nature and extent of my injuries, he advised that hiring a lawyer might not be financially advantageous for me. Despite having nothing to gain, Mark still took the time to provide meaningful guidance on how to deal with my insurer and protect myself moving forward. I truly appreciated his integrity, professionalism, and willingness to help.

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha and her team during my case, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. As someone who is fairly introverted and completely new to the legal process, I appreciated how patient, understanding, and supportive they were throughout everything. Natasha always communicated promptly, answered my questions clearly, and worked with me at a pace that felt comfortable. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to navigate. Thanks to their hard work and professionalism, we achieved a successful result. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for knowledgeable, responsive, and understanding legal representation.
